1. Returns
You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition;

Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories;

Be returned in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@retilier.com. Exchanges depend on product availability.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the return is the result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
